Emperor's Rants and Observations

A couple of years ago 6/23/07 I wrote a post that included 10 Points of Change for campaign finance and election reform. A recent discussion at thealaskastandard.com reminded me of my post that included those “10 Points of Change”. So as Emperor I’ve decided that the 10 Points deserve a conversation of their own. So starting tomorrow, Wednesday July 15th for the next 10 weeks I’ll post a topic from one of the ten points. I won’t be doing them in numerical order.
