We get it.

Often when I’m talking to small or home based business owners they seem surprised when I understand their obstacles and struggles. Yes, I understand what it’s like not to have the money, time, resources, employees, knowledge, tools… well I’m sure you get the picture.

Things that work for larger companies typically won’t work for smaller companies, at least not in the same way. We have to do things smarter, faster and more efficiently. We have to be able to adapt quickly to the marketplace. We need to band together, because we are stronger together than we are alone.

Banding together is what was behind the Cooperative Community Marketing . Which to this point hasn’t garnered much interest from the business community. That doesn’t neccessarily mean that the idea is without merit, it just means that my idea of garnering the support of 100 Alaskan Business Groups failed. My presentation most likely didn’t get past the gatekeeper to the membership for which it was intended. If I was a larger company I could afford to buy the mailing list of every licensed Alaskan business through Motzik Information Services and hire temporary workers from Elite Employment Services to stuff envelopes and sort them for bulk mailing. So for the time, Cooperative Community Marketing will just act as a frame of reference for our goals and approach to business. Call it our get rich slow program.

In that spirit we have started an ad server for AllAlaskans.com and AlaskanBest.Com. We are offering 100 free banner impressions for every month that a website includes an AlaskanBest.com Search Box. The offer is good for the main site or any of the 20 Community Search Portals. This is a part of what we consider “Doing Well by Doing Good”. The good you will be doing will be helping disseminate news and information from local sources. You will be doing well by receiving exposure on targeted Alaskan sites. Neither costing you a thing other than the time it takes to copy and paste some code into your web pages. Sounds good, but you don’t have a web site? No problem. We can get you up and running quickly and for as litlle as $50.00 a year. Email me for more information.
