Article II, Section 20

Article II, Section 20, of the Alaska Constitution does not identify
the grounds for impeachment. Instead,  with help from the responsible Alaska people the Alaska legislature is to decide
the grounds. Palin commits malfeasance in the performance of her official duties by intentionally violating a statute, or intentionally encouraging others to do so, in this executive position, and as it is with the justices of the Alaska Supreme
Court, she should be impeached!!

Alaska Legislature has to decide the grounds. Come on, we have
everything from abuse of power to unlawful use of state resources.
But, malfeasance in the performance of official duties is evident,
take a stand…
